DOWSIL™ 732 Multi-Purpose Sealant is a one-component RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing) silicone adhesive and sealant designed for general industrial bonding and sealing applications. The material cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable and flexible silicone rubber that maintains strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
The sealant features an acetoxy cure system and a non-sag paste consistency that allows easy application on vertical or overhead surfaces. Once applied, the material quickly forms a surface skin and cures inward to create a resilient elastomeric seal that resists cracking, shrinkage, and environmental degradation.
DOWSIL 732 offers excellent adhesion to common industrial materials such as glass, metals, and many engineering plastics, making it suitable for bonding, sealing, and gasketing operations across multiple industries. The cured silicone remains flexible across a wide temperature range and provides excellent dielectric properties for electrical insulation and electronic assemblies.
