The material is supplied as a black viscous paste formulated from modified resins, fillers, and alcohol carriers that cure through solvent evaporation to form a pliable, non-hardening sealing film.
Unlike rigid sealants, this flexible-setting compound maintains gasket integrity during vibration, mechanical movement, and thermal cycling. The sealant improves sealing reliability by filling surface irregularities between metal components and gasket materials, helping prevent leakage in pressurized or fluid-handling systems.
