Product Information
CRC Galva Brite is a single-component zinc-aluminium protective coating formulated to provide corrosion protection and restore the appearance of galvanized metal surfaces. The coating combines high-purity zinc and aluminium powders with modified alkyd resins to create a durable protective film with a bright metallic finish similar to galvanized steel.
The formulation provides effective rust protection for ferrous metals while maintaining a flexible yet durable coating structure that resists peeling, cracking, and fading. The zinc-aluminium pigment system protects steel surfaces against oxidation and environmental corrosion, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
CRC Galva Brite adheres strongly to metal substrates and is commonly used for repair and touch-up of damaged galvanized coatings. The aerosol spray format enables easy application on structural steel, welded joints, and difficult-to-reach areas while providing an even coating thickness and consistent metallic appearance.
Typical applications include protection and restoration of fences, gates, structural steel, pipes, fittings, guard rails, welding seams, and industrial equipment exposed to outdoor conditions. The coating is also suitable for use on construction equipment, agricultural installations, and marine or coastal infrastructure where corrosion protection is critical.
CRC Galva Brite is lead-free and chromate-free, making it a safer alternative for protective metal coatings while delivering reliable corrosion resistance and long-lasting surface protection.
