These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Terachem’s platform. By accessing or using the website and services provided by Terachem, you agree to abide by these terms.

- By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to form binding contracts.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your organization.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Use of Services
- You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Unauthorized use of the platform may result in termination of your account or legal action.
3. Account Registration
- To place an order, you must register as either a B2B or B2C customer. B2B users must provide specific company details and be approved by an admin.
- You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency, including VAT where required.
- We reserve the right to change prices or adjust the VAT at any time.
- Payments must be made in full before the products are shipped unless a credit agreement is in place for B2B customers.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within a specified period, as outlined in the product return policy.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon confirmation of return eligibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Terachem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
7. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
